I am getting a “missing data” notification on my campaign. Why is this happening?

You will receive that alert if your email sequence is using Merge Fields that are not available in the contact database or Merge Fields that contain no data.

Can I personalize emails beyond just the names?

You can merge any piece of data you have about your contacts into the email template. There is no limit to the number of custom Merge Fields.
