Why can't my client edit their own campaign?

If your client complains of the inability to edit their own campaign, check back on their user permissions. To do this, follow these steps.

When a client complains that they can't edit their own campaign, check back on their user permissions. To do this, click on the Client's tab and click on the Users button beside the client's name then click on the Edit button beside the user account that you want to change.


You can choose between 3 user permissions:

  • Allow user to View Campaigns
  • Allow user to Create & Edit Campaigns
  • Allow user to Export Data


Don't forget to click on Update to save the changes you made. Note that you only give these permissions when necessary.
