Why am I not reaching the number of emails sent that I’m targeting for my campaigns?

Please make sure the send windows on your email templates are long enough to allow for the 'maximum emails per hour' set on the email account to reach the desired amount of people. Just be aware that we don't count bounces as 'sends' but they will count towards the total emails sent in that window of time.

Go to:

- Campaigns

- Click Campaign settings wheel/cog

- Email Sequence

- Edit (on particular sequence emails you want to change delivery windows for)

- Delivery Windows (and select the desired delivery windows)
