The platform freezes when I try uploading a CSV file. How do I solve this issue?

Please ensure that there are no special characters on your CSV header before uploading (e.g. an asterisk: *, question mark: ? A hashtag: #, etc.). Also please avoid using very long CSV header names, as it will impede with file upload. We suggest you keep each single CSV header to less than 30 characters when uploading.
