Please ensure that there are no special characters on your CSV header before uploading (e.g. an asterisk: *, question mark: ? A hashtag: #, etc.). Also please avoid using very long CSV header names, as it will impede with file upload.
The only way to add a contact from one campaign to another is to wait for the campaign to be finished (or stop the campaign and archive it), then you can check the box in the import contacts screen to force import the contact to the new campaign.
The other campaigns need to be completed or archived. Otherwise the platform will assume you're mistakenly adding duplicate contacts across multiple campaigns.
