How to add a Campaign Email Account?

These are the steps on how to add a Campaign Email Account

To add a Campaign Email Account, go to the Email Accounts tab, click on the Add Email Account button.

You will then be routed to a new screen where you need to fill-up the necessary details. Take note that adding another email account will add $29 per month to your next invoice.

After completing the blank fields, choose the correct Server Type associated with your account. We have different instructions (green box) per server type.

GSuite (Gmail) IMAP

Make sure that the IMAP is enabled in your Gmail settings, and the less secure app access is turned on. Take note that once you click the link for less secure apps access, you will be routed to the page where you can toggle it to ON, but make sure that you allowed access to the correct account by checking the account selector icon on the top right of the page. Click Allow less secure apps on the switch.

Additional step: Visit the Display Unlock Captcha page and click Continue to remove the security block. Make sure you're doing it for the same Gmail account.

TIP: It is better to do all these steps in an incognito window to make sure you are allowing access to the correct account.

You can successfully connect these emails without additional instructions.

Once you had filled in the necessary fields and followed the additional instructions, scroll down to the bottom part of the page and click the Add Email Account button (green).
